My Big Idea is a great way to promote my hometown Watford and create local jobs, wealth and community spirit.

Why it is Important for Watford

 Watford needs to attract visitors and retain them.  It would be good for instance if people were not just bussed into the Warner Brothers, Harry Potter, Leavesden Studios but went onto continue spending money in the Watford area.  Volunteers could be used a similar way to the Olympic Gamemakers at free attractions such as Cassiobury Park and also  in the same way as The Big Apple Greeters show tourists around New York. It would also raise the profile of Watford which would encourage inward investment.
